What messages we send
If you opt in, we text you only about maintenance requests you submit:
- Maintenance ticket status updates (received, in progress, completed)
- Vendor visit scheduling notices (appointment times, reschedules, access reminders)
We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
How you opt in
Tenants opt in on our maintenance request form, linked from roigroupllc.com/maintenance, by entering their mobile number and checking an unchecked SMS consent box. Opt-in is optional. You can also opt in by texting START to +1 (888) 759-8440.
The form shows this consent wording:
I agree to receive text messages from ROI Group LLC (ROI Group Maintenance Updates) about my maintenance request, including ticket status updates and vendor visit scheduling, at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of renting. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your maintenance requests. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again by replying START.

Reply HELP to any message, or email maintenance@roigroupllc.com.
Consent is not a condition of renting
You do not have to agree to receive text messages to rent from ROI Group LLC or to submit a maintenance request. You can still submit requests and receive updates by email.
Privacy
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
