What we collect

When you submit a maintenance request or pay rent, we may collect your name, property address, email address, mobile phone number, the details and photos of your request, and payment notes you provide.

How we use it

We use this information only to manage your tenancy: to respond to and track maintenance requests, schedule vendor visits, process rent, and contact you about your home. We share request details with the repair vendors we hire only as needed to complete the work.

Text messages (SMS)

If you opt in to ROI Group Maintenance Updates, we use your mobile number to send maintenance ticket status updates and vendor visit scheduling notices. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers (such as our SMS delivery provider) that send messages on our behalf.

We don't sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we never share or sell mobile numbers for marketing.

Retention and security

We keep tenant records for as long as needed for your tenancy and our legal and tax obligations, and take reasonable steps to protect them.
